"Everybody Is Ripping You Off"
"Everybody is ripping you off - and in this video, I show you exactly what that looks like. A Kentucky bank manager is accused of taking $335,182 from customers, while an Orange County high school football booster club treasurer is accused of misappropriating $411,761 and allegedly using some of the money to pay personal expenses. We also look at how much of our personal information is being collected and sold by data brokers, and why protecting your identity and privacy matters. Plus, I explain what you need to know about illegal streaming boxes, copyrighted movies and sports, the NFL, Netflix, UFC and the growing crackdown on unauthorized streaming. And then there is the story that really got me: a St. Louis postal carrier accused of throwing away approximately 30,000 pieces of mail over a period of years. That mail allegedly included checks, bills, tax documents, medical correspondence, financial information and government correspondence. These stories may look completely different, but they all come down to one thing: TRUST. Whether it's your money, your personal information, your entertainment, or your mail, you have to pay attention to what is happening around you. Check your bank statements, protect your personal information, and don't assume that illegal streaming is harmless or that nobody knows what you're doing online."
