"Quantum AI Cracked the Buga Sphere’s Code"
"A mysterious object called the Buga Sphere, discovered in Colombia and long believed to be of unknown origin, has finally been decoded - not by humans, but by quantum AI. What it uncovered is so extraordinary that some researchers are calling it “godlike.” The University of Georgia has carbon dated this object as being 12,560 years old."

"A Look to the Heavens"

"A mere seven hundred light years from Earth, toward the constellation Aquarius, a sun-like star is dying. Its last few thousand years have produced the Helix Nebula (NGC 7293), a well studied and nearby example of a Planetary Nebula, typical of this final phase of stellar evolution. A total of 90 hours of exposure time have gone in to creating this expansive view of the nebula.
Combining narrow band image data from emission lines of hydrogen atoms in red and oxygen atoms in blue-green hues, it shows remarkable details of the Helix's brighter inner region about 3 light-years across. The white dot at the Helix's center is this Planetary Nebula's hot, central star. A simple looking nebula at first glance, the Helix is now understood to have a surprisingly complex geometry."

"If you saw Atlas, the giant who holds the world on his shoulders, if you saw that he stood, blood running down his chest, his knees buckling, his arms trembling but still trying to hold the world aloft with the last of his strength, and the greater his effort the heavier the world bore down upon his shoulders - what would you tell him to do?"
"I... don't know. What could he do? What would you tell him?"
"To shrug."
- Ayn Rand, “Atlas Shrugged”

"Then you will see the rise of the men of the double standard - the men who live by force, yet count on those who live by trade to create the value of their looted money - the men who are the hitchhikers of virtue. In a moral society, these are the criminals, and the statutes are written to protect you against them. But when a society establishes criminals-by-right and looters-by-law - men who use force to seize the wealth of disarmed victims - then money becomes its creators' avenger. Such looters believe it safe to rob defenseless men, once they've passed a law to disarm them. But their loot becomes the magnet for other looters, who get it from them as they got it. Then the race goes, not to the ablest at production, but to those most ruthless at brutality. When force is the standard, the murderer wins over the pickpocket. And then that society vanishes, in a spread of ruins and slaughter.

Do you wish to know whether that day is coming? Watch money. Money is the barometer of a society's virtue. When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

"No Ways Tired in A Sea of Lies"

"No Ways Tired in A Sea of Lies"
by Chris Floyd

"I think we are living in a world of lies: lies that don't even know they are lies, because they are the children and grandchildren of lies. One of the hardest things to accept is that the reality of our world is buried under so many layers of official deception and well-cultivated public ignorance about our history and our political system. Even if you break through somehow, momentarily, and hold up a fragment of the truth, most people have no context for dealing with it. It's like a bolt from the blue, they can't process the information. And so the sea of lies closes over us again, and again, and again. And yet the reality of our future appears on the horizon, denial be damned, an irresistible tsunami of destruction, changing all our lives forever.

These are the facts, and they can't be altered. But how to respond to this catastrophe? Shall we weep, moan, rend our garments, cover ourselves with sackcloth and ashes? Shall we sit upon the ground and tell sad stories of the death of republics? Shall we cower in the shadows and sing glamorous dirges for the Lost Cause, for vanished glories and broken dreams?

Or shall we come out fighting, unbowed, heads high, laughing fools to scorn, rejecting at every turn the moral authority of murderers and thieves to rule our lives, determine our reality, act in our name? Let's dispense with lamentation - give not a single moment to that emotional indulgence - and get right back to work, more determined than ever to bear down harder, dig deeper and excavate the radioactive nuggets of truth still glowing beneath the slag-heap of ruin.

Let's fight, let's reject, let's resist - without violence, the weapon of the stupid, the hormonal secretion of evolutionary backsliders in thrall to the chemical soup in their heads, dull primitives dressing up their ape-lust for power with scraps of religion, philosophy and cant. Let's fight these pathetic, malfunctioning wretches who lay their hands on our world and rape it like beasts in a mindless rut. Fight them with the truths we find, exposing their crimes and deadly hypocrisies to the people they've suckered, perverted and betrayed.

This is not an insurmountable task, no matter how impervious the Machine - that monstrous conglomeration of judicial bagmen, Congressional rubber stamps, psychopathic media moguls, dopehead radio ranters, sex-crazed theocrats, war profiteers, think-tank bleaters, Wall Street sharks, oilmen, Moonies, and woman-haters - might appear at the moment.

I don't know what else we can do, except to keep on telling as much of the truth as we can find, to anyone who will listen: reclaiming reality, fragment by fragment, one person at a time. It's an endless task- maybe a hopeless task- but the alternative is a surrender to the worst elements in our society- and in ourselves. It's worth the fight. Let's take it on. In the words of the old spiritual, let us be in no ways tired. The road back to sanity starts now."

The Poet: Iris Tree, "The Complex Life"

"The Complex Life"

"I know it to be true that those who live
As do the grasses and the lilies of the field
Receiving joy from Heaven, sweetly yield
Their joy to Earth, and taking Beauty, give.

But we are gathered for the looms of Fate
That Time with ever-turning multiplying wheels
Spins into complex patterns and conceals
His huge invention with forms intricate.

Each generation blindly fills the plan,
A sorry muddle or an inspiration of God
With many processes from out the sod,
The Earth and Heaven are mingled and made man.

We must be tired and sleepless, gaily sad,
Frothing like waves in clamorous confusion,
A chemistry of subtle interfusion,
Experiments of genius that the ignorant call mad.

We spell the crimes of our unruly days,
We see a fabled Arcady in our mind,
We crave perfection that we may not find.
Time laughs within the clock and Destiny plays.

You peasants and you hermits simple livers!
So picturesquely pure all unconcerned
While we give up our bodies to be burned,
And dredge for treasure in the muddy rivers.

We drink and die and sell ourselves for power,
We hunt with treacherous steps and stealthy knife,
We make a gaudy havoc of our life
And live a thousand ages in an hour.

Our loves are spoilt by introspective guile,
We vivisect our souls with elaborate tools,
We dance in couples to the tune of fools,
And dream of harassed continents the while.

Subconscious visions hold us and we fashion
Delirious verses tortured statues spasms of paint,
Make cryptic perorations of complaint,
Inverted religion and perverted passion.

But since we are children of this age,
In curious ways discovering salvation,
I will not quit my muddled generation,
But ever plead for Beauty in this rage.

Although I know that Nature’s bounty yields
Unto simplicity a beautiful content,
Only when battle breaks me and my strength is spent
Will I give back my body to the fields."

"Carl Jung:
Don’t React. Don’t Explain. Simply Disappear"
"Sometimes the most powerful response is silence. In a world obsessed with reaction, explanation, and constant noise, Carl Jung’s timeless wisdom invites us to rediscover the transformative power of withdrawal - of stepping back, disappearing, and reclaiming your inner peace. This video explores why true strength is not found in confrontation, but in stillness. Jung understood that reacting to provocation or explaining yourself to those unwilling to understand only drains your energy and betrays your authenticity. When you stop reacting, you begin to awaken. When you stop explaining, you reclaim your power. And when you disappear, you rediscover yourself."

"The Free and the Brave"

"The Free and the Brave"
by Todd Hayen

"Whatever happened to that (the free and the brave)? Whatever happened to the attitude that had Patrick Henry at the Virginia convention in 1775 say “give me liberty, or give me death”?

Whatever happened to the patriotic fervor and the uncanny commitment to face suffering and death that resulted in over two million young men volunteering for service in World War I, and five times that number volunteering to serve in World War II?

Whatever happened to the ability to conquer fear and ride on the excitement for adventure and potential for immeasurable success that drove hundreds of thousands of men and women into the wild, and dangerous, frontiers of the American West?

Whatever happened to the spirit that filled the souls of those that faced stark adversity, danger to life and limb, that lead over 50,000 hapless men and women (mostly men) into the jungles of Central America to build the Panama Canal? - ultimately killing over 5,000 of them as a result of accidents, all manner of diseases including malaria and dysentery?

What happened?

Yeah, this is about us, guys (me included!) Sure, women can be brave - any biological sexual orientation can activate the warrior archetype - but more commonly it is the gendered male that falls into this archetypal constellation. Bravery - a compulsion to protect those he loves, have a critical and logical assessment of a difficult situation, and the force and power, at the very least a potential force and power, ready to inflict whatever necessary to protect partner and family, community and nation. We, us men, have seemed to have lost much of that. Have we become a bunch of puss-balls?

Dr Mark McDonald, a prominent medical doctor with a speciality in psychiatry, doesn’t mince words when he says while describing the psychological state of men and women during this crises: "We essentially have men with no balls, and then we have histrionics, women who have no emotional containment, because there are no men to contain them anymore.”

Sexist? Maybe some will think so, but McDonald is not putting all the blame on one sex, or exclusively on the masculine or feminine archetypes, the responsibility here is rather well balanced.

What does this mean? Very basically it means we have created a culture that has done a pretty good job of emasculating men - the radical feminist movement, as well as a general lack of situations where men can express their “man-ness” in a healthy way, has been a big part of the problem.

“Toxic Masculinity” is a phrase and concept that has taken the world by storm, and contributes quite a bit to the confusion that men are experiencing while trying to ascertain what a “real man” is in today’s “anti male” culture. “Oh boo hoo” some of you may be saying. “Men, through their powerful patriarchal history of abusing women and treating them as inferior partners in relationships deserve a little pull back!” There certainly is truth to that, but two wrongs don’t make a right. You can’t carve out an essential part of being a “man” without some collateral damage, all the way around.

So what does being a “real man” have to do with bravery? A lot, actually. Facing adversity and danger, primarily in order to protect the physically weaker, is a very important attribute of the masculine archetype of warrior, or even king if you want to get more detailed about it. Historically and traditionally the man has been the protector, the physical, and sometimes intellectual (intelligence that is present in logic reasoning and critical thinking) found in masculine archetypes (again, archetypes both men and women have access to).

These attributes are primarily directed toward protection and outwardly projected as strength and resolve. This often stabilizes the more emotional feminine archetypal factors that again, typically, are activated by the female, or woman, in a relationship.

As a psychotherapist, and an archetypal psychologist at that, I see these archetypal powers and influences playing out in my clients every day. Most of the problems I find in a couple’s therapy stems from an imbalance, or a dysfunction, in these energies of masculine and feminine. Again, the “man” in a couple can be activating both masculine and feminine archetypes, as well as the “woman.” The problem comes in if the archetypes activated are inappropriate, out of balance, and create a result that is unexpected, undesired, or not beneficial. Most of these influences run in the unconscious, so very seldom are they consciously manipulated.

It wasn’t until I met Dr McDonald that I connected some very important dots. McDonald recently wrote and released a book titled "United States of Fear." The subtitle of the book, “How America Fell Victim to a Mass Delusional Psychosis” is the primary focus.

McDonald holds nothing back when he addresses what he believes to be a fundamental cause of this mass psychosis. He believes that women (feminine archetypes driving the woman’s behavior) need a strong, and masculine man, to contain her emotionality (due to the unfettered expression of her feminine archetypes.) McDonald, in an interview given on Jerm Warfare, said:

"Do you think men with masks on make women feel safe? It only shows they have no balls. I’ve spoken with female police officers who see men in camouflage, tattooed, driving around in trucks with gun racks - wearing masks. They tell me, ‘this does not make me feel safe. This makes me afraid. If they are this scared of a virus, how will they react to a real threat - what’s going to happen when the bear comes out of the woods? What’s going to happen when a rapist tries to attack me? What’s going to happen when my children are going to be kidnapped by the man in the park, what are they going to do? With their mask on are they going to say, “Please stop. Please. Please.” They’re not going to put their lives on the line. They won’t even put their mouth on the line.’”

Harsh words, my brothers. Harsh words, but I think quite on the money. Is this the only thing that is driving the collapse we are seeing in those that cannot stand up to this current tyranny, and say “Enough is enough, step back!” No, of course not, but, in my opinion, it is a large part of the problem.

Our culture, at least in the West, has been set up for this to happen. We have become more and more dependent on government taking care of us, thus losing our own personal drive to develop character and strength. We depend on government and authority to think for us, and tell us what is best for us to, in a word, parent us. We comply, we stay children, and we ultimately suffer.

The brave hold onto what makes them free and are willing to fight for it. Freedom is a God given right, not one bestowed upon us by any other authority. The healthy masculine archetypes of warrior and king have at their side the symbolic sword representing their power over adversity and danger.

There is a time for the warrior to pull the sword from its scabbard just a few inches to allow the sun to glint off of its polished surface, flashing in the eyes of a potential enemy, letting them know who they are dealing with. And then there is the time to pull the sword completely free from its confines and slash what is seriously threatening the warrior and those he loves. Now is the time to fight."
“You cannot kill me here. Bring your soldiers, your death, your disease, your collapsed economy because it doesn’t matter, I have nothing left to lose and you cannot kill me here. Bring the tears of orphans and the wails of a mother’s loss, bring your God damn air force and Jesus on a cross, bring your hate and bitterness and long working hours, bring your empty wallets and love long since gone but you cannot kill me here. Bring your sneers, your snide remarks and friendships never felt, your letters never sent, your kisses never kissed, cigarettes smoked to the bone and cancer killing fears but you cannot kill me here. For I may fall and I may fail but I will stand again each time and you will find no satisfaction. Because you cannot kill me here.”

Robert Gore, "Technototalitarianism, Part Two"

We are all Palestinians.
"Technototalitarianism, Part Two"
by Robert Gore
Part One

"The Israel Connections: There is no separation between Israeli’s political system, military, intelligence agencies, and technology corporations. There is virtually no separation between those elements and their counterparts in the U.S., and Israel’s influence is almost as pervasive in other Western governments and bureaucracies.

The Palestinians, both before and after October 7, 2023, have been the beta test for Israeli surveillance, control, and military technologies. Israel’s recent attack on Iran, particular its assassinations of key Iranian figures, signaled that those technologies have moved beyond beta and confirmed their effectiveness.

Unit 8200 is an elite Israeli military intelligence division of the IDF responsible for, according to Wikipedia, “clandestine operation, collecting signal intelligence (SIGINT) and code decryption, counterintelligence, cyberwarfare, military intelligence, and surveillance.” Many of its soldiers are 18- to 21-years old, who were identified in high school as exceptionally bright and put in after-school programs teaching computer coding and hacking skills. Unit 8200 has served as a feeder for Israeli, Silicon Valley, and other international IT companies as founders, financiers, and top management.

The Vast Network of Israeli Spy Tech Behind The Modern Surveillance State,” by Nate Bear, at ¡Do Not Panic!, 7/29/25, is a not-exhaustive compendium of Israeli surveillance companies, their capabilities, and their customers. Several strands emerge. Every company detailed is stacked with Unit 8200 alumni. They have signed contracts not just with national security and intelligence services but with local units, notably police departments, in the U.S., the UK, the rest of Europe, Australia, and South America. Occasionally these companies have run afoul of the law. The Biden administration blacklisted four Israeli companies, preventing them from doing business in the U.S. (but took no action against Israel’s government).

The blacklisting is unsettling, but what’s most disturbing, not just concerning the blacklisted companies but the many Israeli companies that have not faced legal censure, is the capabilities of their products and who is using them. Pegasus spyware from blacklisted NSO Group hacked WhatsApp accounts. (Meta, owner of WhatsApp, won $167 million in damages from NSO Group.) Two blacklisted companies, Cytrox and Itellexa, were founded by an ex-chief commander of Unit 8200, Ted Dilian, who demonstrated to a Forbes journalist “how his software could remotely hack a phone within seconds.”

The scale of usage, and the range of capabilities provided by this Israeli spy tech, is vast. From face and voice recognition software, to interception and wiretap technology, to covert location tracking, to forced data extraction from smartphones and other devices. The tech, built by software engineers who cut their teeth writing code to enable and enforce Israeli domination over, and apartheid against Palestinians, is being sold to security services, police forces and immigration agencies across the west.

Any investigation of Israel high-tech surveillance and military companies involves deep diving through the murky depths of conjoined Israeli and U.S. technology, intelligence, weaponry, finance, politics, and organized crime. Focusing on Jeffrey Epstein and his network casts some light through the murk. Much of the factual information comes from the courageous and invaluable work of Whitney Webb at websites MintPress News, Unlimited Hangout, and The Last American Vagabond.

Two important figures in Epstein’s rise are Leslie Wexner and Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell’s father. Wexner and Charles Bronfman, a Canadian Jew from the Seagram’s liquor empire founded by his father, Samuel, founded the Mega group in 1991. Mega is a group of wealthy businessmen united by ties to pro-Israel advocacy and Jewish philanthropy. More nefariously, members have alleged and in some cases documented ties to organized crime and U.S. and Israeli intelligence, which have a long and sordid history of using blackmail, particularly concerning victims’ sexual proclivities, to achieve their ends. Wexner was Epstein’s protege and financial advisor, a client of Epstein’s hedge fund, and transferred a $56 million Manhattan townhouse to an Epstein-controlled entity for free.

Robert Maxwell was not a known member of Mega, but he was either a Mossad agent or closely linked to it. Mossad allegedly used money from Maxwell’s Mirror Newspaper Group’s pension fund to finance its European operations and had video footage of Maxwell in sexually compromising positions. Maxwell became a salesman for Promis software, ostensibly case management software for prosecutors. Israel intelligence obtained a copy of the software and planted a “trapdoor,” essentially a bug that allowed Mossad to access everything that was on computers and systems on which Promis was installed. “Dozens of countries used the software on their most carefully guarded computer systems, unaware that Mossad now had access to everything Promis touched.” Mossad gathered “...troves of counterintelligence data, but also blackmail on other intelligence agencies and powerful figures.”

After it was revealed that Epstein had evaded stricter sentencing in 2008 due to his links to “intelligence,” it was the Mossad ties of Ghislaine Maxwell’s father that have led many to speculate that Epstein’s sexual blackmail operation was sharing incriminating information with the Mossad. Former CBS executive producer and current journalist for the media outlet Narativ, Zev Shalev, has since claimed that he independently confirmed that Epstein was tied directly to the Mossad.

There is no smoking-gun evidence of Epstein’s ties to Mossad. Rarely does such evidence surface in journalism concerning intelligence agencies and powerful figures. However, in the recent controversy about releasing all of the Epstein material that has given Trump so much heartburn, potential revelation of Epstein-Mossad links is infrequently mentioned as a reason for Trump’s reticence, even in the AM. It is instead attributed to potential revelations of his involvement in sexual activities with underage children provided by Epstein.

If Epstein was indeed funneling blackmail material to Mossad, the agency would obviously not want that fact or the material itself to be revealed. Not only would publicizing the material destroy its surreptitious effectiveness, it would also roil the controversy concerning Israel’s influence on the U.S. government. There are many possible reasons why the Trump administration is, at best, slow walking release of the Epstein materials. In light of longstanding connections between organized crime, U.S. and Israeli intelligence, and powerful political, financial, and business figures in the U.S. and Israel, including Trump (see “Hidden in Plain Sight: The Shocking Origins of the Jeffrey Epstein Case,” 7/18/19, and “Government by Blackmail: Jeffrey Epstein, Trump’s Mentor and the Dark Secrets of the Reagan Era,” 7/25/19, both by Whitney Webb, Mint Press News), the potential Epstein-Mossad connection is the betting favorite. If that’s the case, the prospect of full disclosure is virtually nonexistent.

One historical development that predates Jeffrey Epstein and may seem like ancient history - it’s from the Reagan administration - merits mention because it remains chillingly relevant today. Beginning in 1982, as part of the highly classified Continuity of Government (COG) program, [Oliver] North used the PROMIS software at a 6,100-square-foot “command center” in the Department of Justice, as well as at a smaller operations room at the White House, to compile a list of American dissidents and “potential troublemakers” if the COG protocol was ever invoked.

According to a senior government official with a high-ranking security clearance and service in five presidential administrations who spoke to Radar in 2008, this was: “A database of Americans, who, often for the slightest and most trivial reason, are considered unfriendly, and who, in a time of panic might be incarcerated. The database can identify and locate perceived ‘enemies of the state’ almost instantaneously.”

In 1993, Wired described North’s use of PROMIS in compiling this database as follows: “Using PROMIS, sources point out, North could have drawn up lists of anyone ever arrested for a political protest, for example, or anyone who had ever refused to pay their taxes. Compared to PROMIS, Richard Nixon’s enemies list or Sen. Joe McCarthy’s blacklist look downright crude.”

The COG program defined this “time of panic” as “a national crisis, such as nuclear war, violent and widespread internal dissent, or national opposition to a US military invasion abroad,” whereby the government would suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, and incarcerate perceived dissidents and other “unfriendlies” in order to prevent the government’s (or then-serving administration’s) overthrow.

This secretive database has often been referred to as “Main Core” by government insiders and, most troubling of all, it still exists today. Journalist Christ Ketcham, citing senior government officials, reported in 2008 that, at that time, Main Core was believed to contain the names of as many as 8 million Americans. Eleven years later, it is highly likely that the number of Americans included in the Main Core database has grown considerably.

Not surprisingly, Main Core has an Israel connection: Though most reporting on Main Core, from the time its existence was first revealed to the present, has treated the database as something used by the U.S. government and U.S. intelligence for domestic purposes, MintPress has learned that Israeli intelligence was also involved with the creation of the Main Core database. According to a former U.S. intelligence official with direct knowledge of the U.S. intelligence community’s use of PROMIS and Main Core from the 1980s to 2000s, Israeli intelligence played a role in the U.S. government’s deployment of PROMIS as the software used for the Main Core domestic surveillance database system.

Israel probably had Promis’s “trapdoor” access to the Main Core database, and if it did, it probably used it not just for surveillance, but blackmail. Main Core flagged Americans for surveillance and possible detention by the George W. Bush administration after the 9/11 attacks. It may be incorporated into Trump administration (first and second) proposals to prevent mass shootings.

Three Israeli companies are capitalizing on the public’s safety fears, for which so many liberties are being sacrificed without any corresponding gain in safety. All three companies are loaded with Unit 8200 alumni, and have extensive ties to the Israeli government, Israeli and U.S. intelligence, and U.S. high-tech companies. Presumably all three companies’ products have a “trapdoor” capability similar - although undoubtedly upgraded - to that of Promis software. They are also at the forefront of the effort to develop pre-crime, or predictive, policing.

Carbyne911, or simply Carbyne, has a global business developing call-handling, identification, and crisis management capabilities, and markets its product as a solution to mass shootings. It also has a consumer app “... that provides emergency services with access to a caller’s camera and location and also runs any caller’s identity through any linked government database.” Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, who has deep ties to Israel’s intelligence community, is an investor, as was Jeffrey Epstein. (Barak also has extensive and documented ties to Epstein’s sex ring and Mega member Leslie Wexner.) A third investor is Peter Thiel. Two former Secretaries of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff (Bush administration) and Kirsten Nielsen (first Trump administration) are currently on Carbyne’s Advisory Board.

While NSO Group’s Pegasus spyware garnered public notoriety and blacklisting from the Biden administration, a much lower-profile company, Toka, markets more high-powered spyware, often to Pegasus customers. Pegasus was confined to hacking smartphones. Toka’s hacking suite, classified as a “lawful intercept” product, can hack not just smartphones, but any device connected to the Internet, including the Internet of Things. Toka does not disclose the flaws, called exploits, that it hacks to the hacked companies. The company was founded by Ehud Barak and according to an Israeli Ministry of Defense website, “works closely” with the ministry and other Israeli intelligence and security agencies. Toka claims its products are sold only to “trusted” governments, those whose policies are in alignment with the Israeli government. That group certainly includes the U.S. government.

The use of “pre-crime”, as detailed in sci-fi epics like Phillip K. Dick’s The Minority Report, has deeply unsettling implications for society, civil liberties and the future of policing. As noted by the British Journal of Criminology, “pre-crime links coercive state actions to suspicion without the need for charge, prosecution or conviction” and is part of a larger trend “towards integrating national security [e.g., intelligence agencies] into criminal justice.” Indeed, as I have noted in my work for many years now, American and Israeli intelligence agencies, particularly their most nefarious components, have covertly been the drivers of “pre-crime” protocols meant to eliminate public dissent since the 1980s, if not even earlier.

Gabriel, an Israeli company whose management and advisory board comprise former officials of Mossad, the CIA, and FBI, is on the cutting edge of pre-crime surveillance and response systems. The company’s marketing is based on identifying mass casualty threats; the company was launched in 2016 after a Tel Aviv shooting and the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida. (Safety is a ubiquitous hook for the surveillance and security infrastructure.) Gabriel’s “threat detection” suite employs AI-driven “smart cameras” and facial recognition and related technologies, and panic buttons to detect and issue alerts of fights, weapons, and other “abnormal behavior” in the many facilities - schools, houses of worship, retail stores, warehouses, data centers, and banks - that are its target market.

The company is integrating its system into drones and robots, presumably to respond to detected threats. Eventually the detection, identification, and response to threats - including deadly force - may be automated. Gabriel also seeks to network its systems to better integrate them into smart cities, “... which utilizes the internet of things and ubiquitous sensors and cameras to harvest massive troves of data that are then used to ‘manage service delivery,’ with those services including the deployment of law enforcement.”

Two men are primarily responsible for seeding the amalgamation of American and Israeli high-tech, intelligence, and military - Benjamin Netanyahu and Paul Singer. Netanyahu has made no secret of his encouragement and support for this amalgamation. Singer, an American hedge-fund billionaire, has provided funding, and nuts-and-bolts know-how to make it happen.

Singer’s project to bolster Israel’s tech economy at the U.S.’ expense is known as Start-Up Nation Central, which he founded in response to the global Boycott, Divest and Sanctions (BDS) movement that seeks to use nonviolent means to pressure Israel to comply with international law in relation to its treatment of Palestinians.

This project is directly linked to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who in recent years has publicly mentioned that it has been his “deliberate policy” to have former members of Israel’s “military and intelligence units… merge into companies with local partners and foreign partners” in order to make it all but impossible for major corporations and foreign governments to boycott Israel.

Singer has funded neoconservative and Zionist think tanks and lobbying groups and has been a top donor to the Republican Party, Trump, and Netanyahu. He recently contributed $1 million to a Super PAC devoted to unseating pain-in-Trump’s-ass Thomas Massie in a primary challenge next year. He seeded Start-UP Nation Central (SUNC) with $20 million in 2015. Its singular focus is building up Israel’s tech economy.

Within the last ten years, Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Sandisk, Nvidia, PayPal, Palantir, Dell, Intel, and Microsoft have opened research and development centers and production facilities in Israel, often encouraged by SUNC. Intel and Microsoft made multibillion dollar investments, creating thousands of new jobs in Israel, while at the same time laying off thousands of employees in the U.S. As mentioned in Part One, Larry Ellison’s Oracle has acquired Israeli companies. The desire to create a Israel-centered technological ecosystem has only gotten stronger since October 7, 2023, as world revulsion to Israel’s genocidal response to the Hamas attack has grown, even within the U.S., its long-time political patron. Netanyahu recently called for Israel’s economic self-sufficiency, recognizing the country’s growing international isolation.

SUNC has also encouraged the migration of former Unit 8200 members to positions within U.S. high tech companies. Particularly troubling is the fact that, since SUNC’s founding, the number of former Unit 8200 members in top positions in American tech companies has skyrocketed. Based on a non-exhaustive analysis conducted by Mintpress of over 200 LinkedIn accounts of former Israeli military intelligence and intelligence officers in three major tech companies, numerous former Unit 8200 alumni were found to currently hold top managerial or executive positions in Microsoft, Google and Facebook.
- “How Neocon Billionaire Paul Singer Is Driving The Outsourcing Of US Tech Jobs To Israel,” MintPress News, Whitney Webb, 6/11/19. It’s probably a safe assumption that this trend has continued unabated since 2019.

Technology always needs beta tests. Israel’s Palestinian population has been a beta test for Israeli and American surveillance and military technology since the 1950s. Once its effectiveness is proven, that technology stays in place. Like the U.S. government, Israel’s has never been morally fastidious concerning to whom it sells its technology, including to states that don’t recognize Israel. Intelligence and military technology has long been a leading Israeli export.

“The most effective example of separatism is the encirclement of Gaza, trapping more than 2 million Palestinians behind high fences, under constant drone surveillance, infrequent missile attack, and largely closed borders enforced by Israel and Egypt. When Israel completed the sixty-five-kilometer high-tech barrier along the entire border with Gaza in late 2021, at a cost of US$1.11 billion, a ceremony in southern Israel took place to mark the occasion. Haaretz described the wall as “a complex engineering and technological system: the only one of its kind in the world” that required construction assistance from Europe.9”
The Palestine Laboratory, Verso, Antony Loewenstein, 2023

Israel’s fleet of satellites enable it to monitor Gaza to a resolution of .5 square meters in all weather and cloud conditions, night and day. Hermes 900 drones with electro-optical and infrared sensors, thermal monitors, laser designation and electronic listening devices pick up anything the satellites might have missed. Prior to the Hamas attack, there were so many Israeli drones flying over Gaza that Gazans complained of sleep deprivation due to the persistent drone buzz. True to its start-of-the-art reputation, in 2021 Israel became the first country to use AI-controlled drone swarms for location, identification, and attack.

Israel’s human (on the ground – HUMINT) intelligence prowess was equally formidable. Shin Bet HUMINT led the IDF to frequently intercept and shut down Hamas border tunnels. Shin Bet’s infiltration of Hamas’ literal underground network was so exhaustive, and Hamas so destabilized, that Hamas resorted to mass executions of suspected spies and possible collaborators. Shin Bet’s Mista’arvim counter-terrorism unit and the IDF’s elite Maglan unit were able to conduct targeted assassinations and many other acts of espionage and surveillance inside Gaza .

In addition to all of this, the Palestinians were the most surveilled and searched people on Earth. Everyone who entered or  left Gaza was subjected to the “Blue Wolf” system. Biometric ID, monitored by facial recognition software, combined with strictly controlled entry and exit permits were required at the armed checkpoints that were the only official way in an out of Gaza. The “Blue Wolf” system logged every movement on what Israeli intelligence operatives called “Facebook for Palestinians.” So extensive and intrusive was Israel’s spying on Palestinians that, in 2014, former members of Israel’s Unit 8200 wrote a joint letter to the Israeli government protesting the oppressive surveillance.

Iain Davis’s three-part series, “Unacknowledged False Flags; The October 7th Hamas Attack,” (Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3) extensively documents the many warnings Israel received of an impending Hamas attack and the implausible elements of its dilatory response. He shreds the official narrative (the internal contradictions of which strained credulity when it was promulgated), concluding, as the title indicates, that the attack was a false flag. Readers are referred to the series for further details.

The suggestion is abjectly cynical, but Israel may have decided that continued Palestinian beta testing of its surveillance technologies was no longer necessary - they had been tested, debugged, and met specifications - and that it was time to beta test its genocidal technologies by ridding Israel of Palestinians.

Here, too, Israel know-how is state-of-the-art. It employs AI-based systems to target its bombing attacks. Habsora (“The Gospel”) AI relies on Israel’s extensive data base of Gazan structures, including homes, which contains records of the number and in many cases the identity of Palestinians occupying them, to generate structural targets and calculate the number of civilians likely to be killed. Attacks on Hamas targets that will kill large numbers of Palestinian civilians are approved by Israeli military officers, particularly if the Hamas target is high in the command structure.

Lavender is another system that relies on AI and machine-learning algorithms. It pinpoints people rather than structures and puts suspected operatives of Hamas’ and Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s military wings on a kill list, regardless of rank or military importance.

However, once the list was expanded to include tens of thousands of lower-ranking operatives, the Israeli army figured it had to rely on automated software and artificial intelligence. The result, the sources testify, was that the role of human personnel in incriminating Palestinians as military operatives was pushed aside, and AI did most of the work instead. According to four of the sources who spoke to +972 and Local Call, Lavender - which was developed to create human targets in the current war - has marked some 37,000 Palestinians as suspected “Hamas militants,” most of them junior, for assassination (the IDF Spokesperson denied the existence of such a kill list in a statement to +972 and Local Call).
- “‘Lavender’: The AI machine directing Israel’s bombing spree in Gaza,” +972 Magazine in partnership with Local Call, 4/3/24

For low-level operatives, collateral damage of 15 to 20 civilian deaths are acceptable under Lavender’s protocols; for high-level operatives killings of more than 100 civilians have been authorized. The latter receive more than the cursory or nonexistent human review given to Lavender decisions concerning the former. Because it is easier to identify operatives’ private homes than where they conduct military operations, homes are Lavender’s preferred targets. Automatic tracking programs, one of which is the perniciously named “Where’s Daddy?”, have been developed that pinpoint when targets are at their homes. Of course, a bomb that strikes a home is likely to wipe out both the target and his family, but that is regarded as acceptable and even desirable collateral damage.

On June 13, 2025, Israel assassinated 11 of Iran’s top military commanders, nuclear scientists, and its chief nuclear weapons negotiators. There were reports that Israel and the U.S. hoped that this decapitation strike would so cripple Iran that its regime would fail, paving the way for the subjugation of Iran. That hope wasn’t realized. However the assassinations served another purpose, not widely noted or reported - to instill fear in world leaders. Several of the assassinated figures were killed in their homes; in some cases their families were victims as well. The strikes were similar to those that had become commonplace in Gaza, guided by Israeli’s surveillance and AI-driven targeting technology.

The key to understanding all this is that Iran is now a digital Panopticon prison, now that the US and Israel, and probably some other regional allies of these two, can detect a person’s location, communications, conversations, and state of mind at any time, anywhere. The Iranian leadership is effectively already in a digital prison. A person can now be tracked based on their walking gait, unique heartbeat, voice, the network of people in their circle, and their own behavioral patterns. There is no place to hide in a digital Panopticon prison.
- “Iran’s Panopticon Prison: AI, Gaz-a-Lago and MIGA,” Dr. Pippa Malgrem, Pippa, 6/22/25

The Iran attack was those technologies’ “roadshow,” demonstrating new capabilities of the world’s most proficient assassins. Another important conclusion to be drawn from these recent developments is that the Jewish State has certainly now established itself as history’s most prolific and skillful practitioner of assassinations as a technique of statecraft, having easily surpassed the notorious exploits of that small band of heretical Muslims who terrorized Middle Eastern leaders a thousand years ago and gave their name to that lethal tactic. Any introductory history books that describe the famed Order of Assassins as the foremost employers of that craft should therefore be revised.
- “Zionist Israel as the Assassination Nation,” Ron Unz, The Unz Review, 6/23/25

Israel had plenty of on-the-ground operatives in Iran, some of whom launched drones used in the assassination (Iran executed some of them afterwards as spies). However, Israel’s digital control grid was essential for pinpointing the targets. It’s one thing to institute a Panopticon in Gaza, which is within Israel and had a captive population of 2.1 million (prior to 10/7/23). The degree of difficulty is an order of magnitude greater monitoring a hostile power with a population of approximately 92 million, but apparently that’s what Israel and the U.S. have done.

It was immediately obvious that the Iranian assassinations had planetary implications. If software can identify each person in Iran, then, as long as Starlink or other U.S. satellite constellations are operating overhead, those who control the panopticon can identify pretty much anyone, anywhere. Whether with drones, invisible weaponry, or missiles, parties who are remote and unaccountable can influence targets’ thoughts and health or end their life—all on a highly economic basis.
- “Plunder: Financing the Panopticon,” Catherine Austin Fitts, The Solari Report, 8/5/25

The current standoff between Israel and Iran may last longer than many commentators think. Iran’s remaining leaders fear being the next targets of Israel’s assassination complex. Israel fears Iranian missiles and drone swarms it cannot stop, and the resultant damage to infrastructure and military and intelligence installations.

Most people will go through life oblivious to the fact that virtually everything they do, write, and say is being monitored and recorded. The authorities may not yet know how many times you go to the bathroom every day, but surely the Internet of Toilets is coming. (Sooner than you might think. See “Yikes! Digital Tracking Bathroom Passes For Students,” by Patti Johnson, The Burning Platform, 10/5/25) Nominal leaders, particularly in the West, can’t afford insouciance in light of Israel’s reputation as the world’s best assassins. As the Iran decapitation strike, the pager strike in Lebanon, a successful decapitation strike in Yemen that wiped out the nation’s Prime Minister and most of his Cabinet, and an unsuccessful Hamas decapitation strike in Doha, Qatar demonstrate, Israel recognizes no constraints on its murderous activities. It has been indifferent to the damage those attacks have inflicted on U.S. - its supposed closest ally - diplomacy and credibility.

There is no conclusive proof that Israel was behind Charlie Kirk’s assassination. If it was, there probably never will be; Israel generally covers its tracks very well. However, notwithstanding multiple denials by Netanyahu, that Israel was almost immediately and widely fingered as the main suspect after the official story was shredded can only amplify the fear that many prominent people - including Trump - must have of what can happen to them if they cross an Israeli red line.

U.S. and Israeli intelligence, military, and high tech companies are so intertwined that it’s analytically correct to think of them as one complex. While the complex has plenty of links to globalist entities - the World Economic Forum, the Bilderberg Group, the Council on Foreign Relations, UN, WHO, IMF, BIS, etc. - when the control grid and technototalitarian squeeze are fully instituted, the complex will be at the apex.

The technototalitarians include most of the world’s richest people. However, the key to their ascendancy is that they control the brainpower behind the surveillance and military technologies that are the heart of the control grid. The only concentration of brainpower comparable to Silicon Valley’s and Israel’s is China’s, and there, too, it serves technototalitarian purposes. It is the ultimate revenge of the nerds. “Democracy” may be nominally preserved and elections held, but voters will only be offered choices between controlled figureheads like Trump and J.D. Vance.

We will all be Palestinians - surveilled, enslaved, and eliminated should we prove troublesome."

Part Three: The Squeeze

"The Inevitable Collapse of the Bloated State"

"The Inevitable Collapse of the Bloated State"
by MN Gordon

"At the time or this writing, the federal funding for the new fiscal year (FY 2026) has lapsed. The federal government bureaucracy is in partial shutdown. In Washington, D.C., and in federal offices across the nation, nearly a million people are either furloughed or clocking in for work without promise of a paycheck. Perhaps by the time you read this the shutdown will be over. Regardless, a return to the big government status quo and its relentless money sucking vortex isn’t something to be happy about – especially, if you’re a net taxpayer who values freedom.

This week, Republican Senator John Kennedy cited wasteful spending left over from the Biden administration as the reason for the shutdown. Things like $3 million for circumcisions and vasectomies in Zambia, $500,000 for electric buses in Rwanda, and $3.6 million for pastry cooking classes and dance focus groups for male prostitutes in Haiti. He also noted $6 million for media organizations for the Palestinians, $833,000 for transgender people in Nepal, $300,000 for a pride parade in Lesotho, $882,000 for social media mentorship in Serbia, and $4.2 million for LGBTQI people in the Western Balkans and Uganda. Without question, this spending should be eliminated immediately. Still, this would do little to address Washington’s spending problem.

The budget deficit for fiscal year 2025 will be over $2 trillion. The sum of the waste identified by Kennedy comes to $19.3 million. Thus, to balance the budget, an additional $1.99 trillion in spending will need to be cut. To be clear, the government shutdown is much more than political drama about funding focus groups for male prostitutes in Haiti. It’s a rich illustration of a fundamental economic and philosophical divide in our society. The mammoth gulf between the taxpayer and the tax consumer.

The Great Divide: In a democratic society, there are taxpayers and tax consumers. Taxpayers are those who pay more in taxes than they receive in government benefits. Tax consumers, on the other hand, are those who receive more in government benefits than they pay in taxes.

Taxpayers – specifically, net taxpayers – contribute to the government’s coffers through payment of income taxes, payroll taxes, excise taxes and tariffs, and other fees and exaction. Their contributions are greater than the value of the government services, subsidies, and benefits they receive. These taxpayers are the engine of the economy. Entrepreneurs, small-business owners, and highly productive private sector workers. All fuel the Treasury with a net surplus.

Tax consumers, by contrast, are people whose total benefits, wages, grants, or subsidies from the government exceed their total tax payments. Tax consumers, in addition to recipients of the welfare-warfare state administered bureaucracy, include the actual government bureaucrats.

Many of these workers mean well. They opted for a career path of public service in return for steady pay, job security, generous health benefits, and guaranteed pensions. The prospects of a prolonged government shutdown are at odds with what they signed up for. These federal bureaucrats are at the heart of the system that is now shutdown.

Suddenly, they’re subject to the uncertainty and anxiety all the rest of us live with every day. They are receiving an object lesson in the precariousness of a profession that, by its very nature, exists because of the generosity of taxpayers. When the money spigot, which relies on the net surplus extracted from taxpayers, is jammed by political deadlock, their security vanishes.

From Night-Watchman to Overgrown Leviathan: The very people tasked with administering the vast machinery of the state are now victims of its instability. The 2025 government shutdown, which began on October 1st and has furloughed approximately 800,000 federal employees, is currently costing taxpayers an estimated $400 million a day in back pay for workers who are effectively doing nothing.

This mess, however, is simply the inevitable byproduct of an overgrown, overreaching government. It’s the signal of a bloated system seizing up. Moreover, it calls to question the proper role of government. In a country founded with principles committed to individual liberty and small government, the role of government was supposed to be that of a night-watchman state. Where government is strictly limited to the role of protecting individuals from coercion and violence.

In practical terms, this allows for several legitimate functions of government. Things like police, courts, and military. Their purpose is to enforce the Non-Aggression Principle. That is, the idea that no person, including a government official, has the right to initiate force against another individual or their property.

Taxpayers, as a class, are subject to violation of their rights. When the state takes money from the net taxpayer to fund a vast bureaucracy or to provide benefits to others, it is using coercion (the threat of fines, jail, or force) to seize private property. This is theft by another name, and it violates the individual’s right to the fruits of their labor.

Agencies like the Department of Education, the Department of Energy, and many, many others, are completely unnecessary. Moreover, they’re colossal, inefficient redistributors of wealth and private life. Their work could be accomplished more efficiently, more ethically, and more responsibly, by private businesses, or local, voluntary community groups.

The individual, the actual person who earned the money, should be the steward of their wealth. Not some politician or faceless bureaucrat. This is fundamental to a free society.

The Inevitable Collapse of the Bloated State: The government shutdown reveals the inherent weakness of a society built on compulsion. When the state is empowered to manage the lives of hundreds of millions of people through taking from some and giving to others, there is systemic instability.

Passing another temporary funding bill and restoring the status quo only perpetuates the instability into a bigger crisis down the road. Congress should – but doesn’t – have the spine or fortitude to tackle the problem. They are politically incapable of starving the beast until it is small enough to perform its legitimate function.

In the meantime, the chaos of every delayed airplane flight, every furloughed worker, every halted regulatory permit, and every closed national park, provides a data point that government is far too big, does far too much, has its grip on far too many parts of the economy. This was never the intent or role of government. And, in addition to trampling freedom and individual liberty, it’s bankrupting the nation.

Ultimately, the wasteful spending cited by Senator Kennedy is a mere footnote to the fundamental crisis: a $2 trillion deficit and $37.8 trillion national debt, caused by an overreaching government that has abandoned its constitutional limits. The shutdown is a harsh reminder that a system dependent on the coerced wealth of net taxpayers to fund a massive bureaucracy is inherently unsustainable.

Restoring stability requires more than political gamesmanship. It demands a philosophical return to the minimal, night-watchman state, ensuring individual liberty, fiscal solvency, and the end of the divide between those who pay and those who consume. Alas, the return to small government will not be guided by the politicians in Washington. It will be forced upon them with the inevitable collapse of the bloated state. In fact, the rise in gold’s price above $4,000 per ounce is signaling the collapse is already here. The politicians, no doubt, will be the last ones to realize it."

"U.S. Relations With China Just Went Down The Tubes, So Brace Yourself For Much Higher Prices And Shortages Of Certain Items"

"U.S. Relations With China Just Went Down The Tubes,
So Brace Yourself For Much Higher Prices And Shortages Of Certain Items"
by Michael Snyder

"Did we just witness the economic trigger event that will cause the dramatic stock market crash that we were just warned about? On Friday, U.S. stock prices absolutely plummeted once President Trump announced that China’s new rare earth export restrictions would be countered by “a massive increase” in tariffs on Chinese imports into the United States. If tariff rates go above 100 percent, many Chinese-made goods that are currently filling our stores will no longer travel across the Pacific at all. In addition, whatever does come over from China will cost a lot more. For example, you may have noticed that many things that were priced at $1.25 at Dollar Tree are now priced at $1.50 or $1.75. Of course this is just the beginning. Once the new tariff rates on Chinese-made goods go into effect, we will see price shocks like we have never seen before.

The reason why President Trump feels compelled to hit China with “a massive increase” in tariff rates is because China has decided to implement extremely strict restrictions on rare earth exports. Some of those restrictions have already taken effect, some will take effect on November 8th, but the most comprehensive restrictions will take effect on December 1st. It is being reported that companies will have to get approval from the Chinese government “to export items containing even small traces of Chinese rare earths”…"The rules require foreign companies to obtain special approval to export items containing even small traces of Chinese rare earths. The same applies if using Chinese processing, smelting, recycling, or magnet-making technology. Exports for military purposes are expected to be denied."

The Chinese had to know that President Trump would be absolutely livid over this, and that is precisely what has happened. On Friday, Trump posted an extremely long message about this crisis on his Truth Social account…"Some very strange things are happening in China! They are becoming very hostile, and sending letters to Countries throughout the World, that they want to impose Export Controls on each and every element of production having to do with Rare Earths, and virtually anything else they can think of, even if it’s not manufactured in China. Nobody has ever seen anything like this but, essentially, it would “clog” the Markets, and make life difficult for virtually every Country in the World, especially for China.

We have been contacted by other Countries who are extremely angry at this great Trade hostility, which came out of nowhere. Our relationship with China over the past six months has been a very good one, thereby making this move on Trade an even more surprising one. I have always felt that they’ve been lying in wait, and now, as usual, I have been proven right! There is no way that China should be allowed to hold the World “captive,” but that seems to have been their plan for quite some time, starting with the “Magnets” and, other Elements that they have quietly amassed into somewhat of a Monopoly position, a rather sinister and hostile move, to say the least. But the U.S. has Monopoly positions also, much stronger and more far reaching than China’s. I have just not chosen to use them, there was never a reason for me to do so - UNTIL NOW!

The letter they sent is many pages long, and details, with great specificity, each and every Element that they want to withhold from other Nations. Things that were routine are no longer routine at all. I have not spoken to President Xi because there was no reason to do so. This was a real surprise, not only to me, but to all the Leaders of the Free World. I was to meet President Xi in two weeks, at APEC, in South Korea, but now there seems to be no reason to do so. The Chinese letters were especially inappropriate in that this was the Day that, after three thousand years of bedlam and fighting, there is PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST. I wonder if that timing was coincidental?

Dependent on what China says about the hostile “order” that they have just put out, I will be forced, as President of the United States of America, to financially counter their move. For every Element that they have been able to monopolize, we have two. I never thought it would come to this but perhaps, as with all things, the time has come. Ultimately, though potentially painful, it will be a very good thing, in the end, for the U.S.A. One of the Policies that we are calculating at this moment is a massive increase of Tariffs on Chinese products coming into the United States of America. There are many other countermeasures that are, likewise, under serious consideration. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"

It is certainly true that the Chinese essentially have a “monopoly position” when it comes to the rare earth industry…"China controls roughly 70 percent of the global supply of rare earth minerals and 90 percent of the processing of it, meaning it has huge it leverage over the high-tech supply chain. Rare earth metals are in our phones, they are in our televisions, and they are in our electric vehicles." If you are planning to purchase anything that contains rare earth metals, I would get it now.

A lot of the pundits don’t seem to understand why the Chinese are doing this, but the Chinese would argue that they are simply responding to recent moves by the United States. For example, the U.S. just slapped sanctions on “about 100 individuals, entities and vessels” in China…"The U.S. imposed sanctions on about 100 individuals, entities and vessels, including a Chinese independent refinery and terminal, that helped Iran’s oil and petrochemicals trade, the administration of President Donald Trump said on Thursday. The Treasury Department sanctioned the Shandong Jincheng Petrochemical Group, which it said is an independent teapot refinery in Shandong Province that has purchased millions of barrels of Iranian oil since 2023.

In addition, extremely painful port fees will go into effect on Chinese-built cargo ships next week…"Port fees on Chinese-made freight vessels are set to go into effect next week. The fees are a bid by the Trump administration to counter China’s dominant position in freight ship manufacturing and spur a moribund U.S. shipbuilding industry. But confusion and fears are running high among ocean carriers now scrutinizing ship financing deals to determine if their vessels may be considered Chinese entities based on terms."

This trade war never should have started. But it did, and now here we are. As a result of other restrictions that have recently been implemented by the U.S., thousands upon thousands of packages are now stuck at UPS distribution hubs all over the nation…"Thousands of U.S.-bound packages shipped by UPS are trapped at hubs across the country, unable to clear the maze of new customs requirements imposed by the Trump administration. As packages flagged for customs issues pile up in UPS warehouses, the company told NBC News it has begun “disposing of” some shipments."

Hopefully you don’t have a package that has been caught in that web. One expert says that he has “never seen anything like this before”…"Frustrated UPS customers describe waiting for weeks and trying to make sense of scores of conflicting tracking updates from the world’s largest courier. “I’ve never seen anything like this before,” Matthew Wasserbach, brokerage manager of Express Customs Clearance, said of the UPS backlog. “It’s totally unprecedented.”

Nothing that I have discussed in this article is going to be good for our economy. Global trade is starting to freeze up, and everyone is going to feel it. Just look at what is happening to our farmers. They are experiencing the worst downturn in 50 years, and one of the main reasons for that is because the Chinese are not buying our soybeans…"The ongoing trade dispute with China has created serious headwinds for American farmers, with soybean producers having lost access to the world’s largest market for the commodity.

China halted purchases of American soybeans this spring in retaliation for the Trump administration’s tariffs, as a means of looking to gain leverage in trade talks by shifting its purchases away from U.S. producers to countries such as Brazil and Argentina. China is the world’s leading importer of soybeans, bringing in 61% of the world’s traded soybean supplies over the last five marketing years, according to data from the American Soybean Association (ASA).

The group said the U.S. has historically served as a primary supplier for China, as American soybean farmers exported an average of 28% of their crop to China before the 2018 trade war. That figure dropped to a low of 11% in the 2018-19 crop year, but recovered during the pandemic, reaching 31% in 2020-21 before declining to 22% in 2023-24."

Unless we see some sort of a miracle, the outlook for the months ahead is extremely dire. I think that today’s events helped a lot of people on Wall Street to realize this, because the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 878 points and the Nasdaq was down 820 points.

Our relations with China just went down the tubes, and those that follow my work regularly understand why that is such an important development. History has shown that trade wars have a way of becoming shooting wars. So let us hope that cooler heads prevail, because right now we are on a path that will not lead anywhere good."
