"Why Nobody's Eating McDonald's Anymore"
"People are eating at McDonald's less, and the reason is simple: prices got too high. McDonald's was the cheap meal working families counted on. In this video customers and employees show what a McDonald's run looks like now, in their own words. A Big Mac meal for $17.99. A $3 bundle that turned into a $5 bundle. Fries and a pie for seven dollars. Smaller portions, deals that keep changing, and an app you have to download before you get a decent price. Inside the restaurant, staff are cut and kiosks go in, so the few workers left run the whole rush on their own. What this video covers: • A $17.99 Big Mac meal • McDonald's pricing that feels like a landmine • Kiosks that round your total up, and being forced onto the kiosk • A Happy Meal and a frappe cup that shrank • Refunds denied because the store was understaffed • Injury restrictions ignored by the store • People who stopped buying McDonald's and compared it to cooking at home. Every clip is a real person, filmed on their own phone, in their own words. Nothing here is staged. When the cheapest meal in town becomes a luxury, it tells you a lot about this economy. What do you think? Tell us below."
