We're seeing Claire's, Target, Kroger, and other major retailers shutting down locations. Walmart and Amazon are cutting tens of thousands of jobs. And regular people are being forced to choose which bills they can afford to pay each month.
The reality is that malls that used to be packed are now ghost towns. Companies are laying off employees with zero warning, people are literally waking up locked out of their accounts. And with Christmas around the corner, families are realizing they just can't afford what they used to. This isn't just about retail anymore. This is about what's happening to working Americans who are doing everything right but still can't get ahead. The cost of everything keeps rising while jobs disappear and wages stay flat.
